What is a Fixed Income Investment?

Fixed income investments are a short-term investment where investors can invest from as little as £25,000 for a fixed return for the duration of the term, which is typically from 12-24 months with returns of 12%+.

Capital is utilised by the provider to secure substantial discounts on real estate assets where they can add substantial value in order to re-finance, or sell the asset for a healthy profit.

Henley Capital only work with providers with a 100% track record, are highly experienced and where security is provided through a regulated Security Trustee who hold a charge over the company raising the capital.

Why Invest in Fixed Income Investments?

Stability in Uncertain Markets
Fixed income provides investors with stability, offering a safeguard against economic volatility and sanctuary in fluctuating markets. Investors know exactly how much income they are to receive and when, with their capital repaid on maturity.
Regular Income Generation
Fixed income products provide a reliable source of income, crucial for investors who rely upon the cash-flow from their investments as investors will know exactly how much and when they will be paid.
Low Cost of Entry
Investing into fixed income products means that the investor does not incur high-costs of entry. There are no legal fees to pay, purchasing taxes, etc. making investment low-cost, quick and very easy, ideal for the investor with limited time.
Balanced Portfolio
Fixed income provides excellent diversification to balance your portfolio where you have investments in other markets and asset classes where income may well fluctuate.
Inflation Considerations
Fixed income provides inflation beating returns to ensure the preservation and growth of your capital during periods of high inflation. This is critical to preserving your wealth.
Full Investment Security
Security is provided by a regulated Security Trustee acting for the investors who holds a Debenture (charge) over the company raising the capital as added protection. The charge covers 100% of the assets and cash held by the company.
